In the twisted mailbag this month: Vince Rubino, Class of 2001, sends his titles inside a card featuring a photo of Rita Hayworth in 1954. Despite his youth, Vince seems to know what makes us old editors tick. Kathleen Wright ’76 voices a fairly universal opinion: “Maybe there should be a policy of one contribution per person per issue—unless it’s me!” And Donald Cannon ’51 says that this page “provides a great bit of humor amongst all the serious pieces in the Monthly.” Are you serious, Don? In any event, send us your great bits of titles (of movies, plays, books, whatever) changing one letter only and adding a snappy underline (and perhaps a fetching photo) to Twisted Titles, California Monthly, Alumni House, Berkeley 94720. The title Title was cooked up by Tom McClellan.
